TOP UP YOUR WRISTBAND CREDIT NOW

This autumn we’ve partnered with Weez to come up with a cahsless solution that works for everyone! Our goals are to design a system that:

  • That takes less time queuing at the bar or food area meaning more time for raving… 🕺
  • Is safer for all with a fool proof system that is guarenteed to not go down… 🙌
  • Easy for customers to use… ✨

You can top up online before the festival & gain some great incentives in the form of free drink credit for doing so.

Once you’ve done this you’ll be issued with a groovebox NFC wristband on entry & your pre-top up voucher will be scanned and the credit applied to the band!

You can also top up or recharge on site but keep in mind you won’t receive any pre top up benefits. Pre top ups will have their own shorter queue for entry & will not have to go to the top up station!

Yes, you can share a NFC wristband with mates and benefit from a bigger top up bonus & only having to pay the activation fee of £2 once!

Yes, you can refund any unused credit for no fee at all so long as you have £3 or more left on the Groovebox NFC band.

The refund window will open Sunday 24th September at midday and run until the following Sunday 1st October at midday.

You MUST claim unused credit in this window, requests outside this will be denied.

Be sure to keep your Groovebox NFC wristband so you can submit the band number when applying for the refund.

If you lose your Weez Pay wristband, you should report it immediately to the festival’s customer service team. They will be able to deactivate the lost wristband and issue you a replacement with your remaining funds transferred over. This is only the case if your band is linked to a cashless account.

Please keep your card safe at all times as if someone else uses it we won’t be able to issue refunds on this credit.
